At Gres Lyfe, every product is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of everything we make.
Our Promise
If you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at email. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Due to the Nature of Our Products
Because Gres Cacao and Gres Koulev are handmade body care products, for hygiene and safety reasons we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This policy protects the integrity of our products for all customers.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, minus original shipping costs.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email] with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval and issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and opened/used products are final sale.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
