Opened Product Refund Notice
"Opened packages are not eligible for refunds." Due to the highly sensitive, traditional, and raw organic nature of our cosmetic oils and skincare products, once the protective security seal is compromised, we can no longer certify hygiene standards, rendering returns impossible.
1. 30-Day Sealed Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day return window for unopened, sealed products. If you change your mind, simply mail your item back in its original shipping box with all security wrap fully intact.
2. Returning Procedure
To request a return authorization, please contact us at returns@greslyfe.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage fees. Once inspected and verified as sealed, your refund will post to your credit card within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item with shattered glass or structural defects, please photograph the parcel immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We ship directly from our fulfillment warehouse in Miami, Florida. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
2. Standard Costs
- Orders under $75: $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping
- Orders $75 and above: FREE Standard Shipping
- Priority Overnight Upgrade: $19.99 flat-rate
3. International Delivery
We offer DHL Express international shipping. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on location. Customers are responsible for local customs fees, import taxes, and brokerage surcharges.
4. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Greslyfe is not liable for packages verified as “Delivered” by carriers. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or purchasing carrier insurance at checkout.
